BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE
About F.M. Alexander
Frederick Matthias Alexander (1869-1955) was an Australian acting teacher and the founder of the Alexander Technique , which is named after him .
He has helped fellow actors, musicians and people improve their quality of life, using the principles he discovered to improve his own lifestyle. Namely self-observation, improved body use, and inhibition can lead to a lighter and improved quality of life / improved professional efficiency.
During everyday activities and movements, our muscles tense unconsciously. This can lead to pain and reduced performance, and often results in incorrect movements or reactions. Through Alexander Technique lessons, you can discover how to move with greater ease, lightness and well-being.
